History: While in the physics program at Carnegie-Mellon University, H. Jameel al Khafiz was selected for the Physics Agent program. Soon, however, he discovered the training regimen was not to his liking, and he fled. Since then, he has worked a number of jobs in academia, retail, and the corporate world. It is theorized that exposure to radioactive liquor in conjunction with vita-rays from destabilized CRTs during this period of time caused the manifestation of his powers.
Rumors of his being a time agent from the far future have yet to be proven.

The events of the Starvation Agenda left him in a weakened state and with reduced body mass, both of which proved resistant to even the greatest portions. Ironically, the events of Operation: Footcrime have served to build his upper body up to previously unknown levels. His current plan is an intensive regimen of diet and exercise in order to become HERO OF THE BEACH.

Strength level: Jameel possesses the normal human strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in intensive regular exercise.

Known superhuman powers: Jameel's principal power is the ability to generate at least one thousand milliprojects, on the MSI scale, of an unknown form of party force, which he can release at will by removing his shirt. This maximum range of this party-starting power is unknown; he has used it at a range of several hundred miles without any measurable drop in intensity.
Jameel also possesses the ability to destroy companies where he works. This ability, perhaps related to his primary power, is unconscious and uncontrolled; he constantly emits anticorporate energies measured at 0.95 dotcoms. Even the most powerful companies suffer damage, and smaller companies are simply destroyed outright. It is unknown what would happen if Jameel were to be hired by a government.
Jameel is an adept of the mystic art of Jägermancy. By channelling his party energy through jägermancy, he is capable of unleashing a force on the order of 2 x 10⁴ milliprojects.
Jameel is immune to the genus toxicodendron, which includes poison ivy.
As a negro, Jameel is able to see in the dark and detect ghosts.
Weaknesses: Jameel has proven susceptible to the myriad types of Black Man's Kryptonite, a substance that robs him of willpower and, if he's lucky, precious nitrates.
Due to the events of Operation: Footcrime!, isolation can still incapacitate him.
Equipment: Any time-travelling equipment Jameel possesses is integrated into one of his omnipresent pieces of technology: cellular phone, various soul-capturing devices, or footware.
Jameel possesses a shirt of Chuck Armor which possesses many of the defensive charisma qualities of mistergone.
He possesses items rendering him immune to ghosts and vorpal bunnies.
Transportation: Until the events of The Paradox Factor, Jameel drove a 1984 Volvo 240 Turbo called the BattleWagon Mk II. This most recent BattleWagon succumbed to Paradox, having long been sustained by Jameel's will alone. The BattleWagon Mk I, a 1983 Volvo 240 Stationwagon, was lost in battle with an armored car. Both BattleWagons have possessed the normal attributes of a Volvo.
